Convenient shuttle service to the airport made travel easy.

During my stay, I was disappointed by the room placement. I was given a room right next to a truck company, and the noise was unbearable. Despite requesting a quieter room, the staff was unhelpful and just moved me a floor down without resolving the issue. I found it concerning that the reception didn't seem to genuinely care about my comfort, leaving me frustrated during my stay.

The staff went above and beyond, making travel arrangements for us. The quirky pukeko birds wandering outside added a nice touch to the experience.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed, large windows, and a great temperature. A lovely touch was the complimentary water bottles and the excellent buffet breakfast, which included a variety of options like toast, eggs, and pastries. The staff members were very helpful, especially the young man at reception who went out of his way to assist us with our belongings after we forgot them on the shuttle.

Limited dining options.

While I appreciated the spacious room, the TV only had two volume settings, soft and mute!!! Plus, improvements could be made in the overall ambiance, which felt a bit bland for a modern hotel.

not sure how this place is so highly rated. the breakfast area was packed and our table wasn't cleared before we sat down. expected a special welcome gift or at least complimentary espresso for the price, but no, apparently that woudl ve been asking too much. not impressed at all. couldn't wait to leave.

The hotel is impressively new and very clean, which made for a pleasant stay. The bed in my room was comfortably plush, providing a restful night. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of dinner provided at the kitchen, it exceeded my expectations. Additionally, I appreciated the reception staff's friendliness and readiness to assist, which definitely added to the welcoming atmosphere.

However, I did notice that the amenities offered were somewhat limited, which could be enhanced for guest convenience.
